really really bad. better to be out in a storm.
If you mean to sleep aboard, take note of ferry wakes, which affect
marinas without breakwaters more than others. Newport Marina (Jersey
City) and Chelsea Piers (Manhattan) are exposed. Liberty Landing and
Liberty Harbor are sheltered, being in the Morris Canal basin.
