How many strokes will it knock off my game. That's what matters.
At least twenty. :)
Sounds better than Demerol. I keep trying to talk my dentist into
prescribing two Demerol for my next game.

She prescribed one for the day in which they pulled eleven teeth. It
hurt
some, but I didn't give a ****.
I have low blood pressure anway (90/40 is normal for me), but when I
went into the hospital for that back incident, they gave me Demerol
for the pain and my BP bottomed out at 60/almost nothing before they
had to give me adrenalin to bring it back up. :)
Yeah, but did you give a rat's ass?

Not a rat's, cat's or bat's ass about anything. :)

Did your morphine pump work? When they told me I would get out of the
hospital faster the less I used the morphine pump I toss the button
aside, it wasn't giving me enough morphine anyway. I was home the next
day.

I have some kind of odd reaction to morphine - not an allergy, but
close to it. They gave me some kind of non-narcotic pain killer for
the day I was in.

They sent me home with some heavy duty percocet (sp?)

My mom is reactionary to morphine. When she was in nurses training they
gave her some for appendicitis surgery. Woke up 3 weeks later. As to the
pumps, co-worker in the 1980's had one fail and dumped the whole container
into him. He called the nurse because did not sound correct when he pushed
the button and she said no way, but still checked the machine. They did not
know if he was going to survive for at least 3 days. Since I drink very
little, and have always had strong reactions to most pain killers, I luckily
have a high pain tolerance.
