Harry, I'm no shrink, and I'm really not sure if Blago is mentally ill
or not, but he certainly seems out of tough with the people of
Illinois and has been for several years.

i think the guy has felt like he's *untouchable* because he's let
power go straight to his head.

mental instability? could be, but I'd say unethically ignorant is more
