If there are union funds involved, the bonding company will make them good
and those responsible will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Apples and oranges. Bush and company spending has nada to do with this. I
guess somebody steals your boat. Does not matter as is less than we are
spending in the middle East. Guess is not a crime to you. And the bonding
company is going to cover a union run charity that spent the money on
politics and the administrator? Don't think so.
