A good friend of mine is an attorney, and he was up against a guy that
claimed he copyrighted his name. In a countersuit, he alleged that the guy
my friend was defending owed him xxx dollars for every time his name was
used in the legal documents. It was a big number... don't remember how much.
Even in California, his countersuit was thrown out.
