Yeah, I think it's a non-starter as far as Obama is concerned. *The *way
they refer to President-elect-Adviser, I suspect they are more likely to
be a witness, than a defendant.
Well, if there is a serious criminal investigation, there's nothing
unusual about a prosecutor calling witnesses, and there's no reason to
cast aspersions on those witnesses, since, without them, the prosecutor
is pretty much dead in the water in many cases.
You'll also find that victims often have a lot of involvement in
crimes. Tommy Shortpants isn't exactly what you would call a
