I'm sure you'll enjoy the hell out of the show. I'm like you, I don't like
going to see shows, mainly because of the hassle of getting in and out.
Here, the show will be downtown and only a short walk from the subway.
But,
it was too late to get decent seats when I started looking.
Maybe next year.
We're going to the four o'clock show and I've just been informed,
seeing how the gals just showed up in the kitchen, that we're going
tomorrow. :)
Damn - Is it the 10th already? Unbelievable.
Anyway, part of this deal was dinner on the wimmez - if only because
they are taking me to one of my favorite places - it's authentic
Italian - and I don't normally go to Providence for much of anything
so I don't go on a regular basis. The food is Tuscan in nature and
really good.
And it's good to see them before Christmas - gives me an excuse to
spend money on them even before I spend money on Christmas. I'm sure
there will be stops at Providence Place for "browsing".
Heh, heh, heh.
Plus I'll be picking up the dinner tab anyway because that's the way I
roll. They spent enough on the concert and plane tickets.
You should have a swell time with all the women helping an old Luddite.
Some shows are really great. We have season tickets to an outdoor
amphitheater in Oakland. We do a potluck picknic before the shows and since
are not large crowds and costs about the same for 3 shows as 1 San Francisco
show, that is even better. When Iomega was a customer, I managed to take
the wife with me to Salt Lake and saw the Mormon Choir in their Christmas
show. Fantastic show. And tickets are free. You would have been to lots
of concerts if you had gotten girls instead of boys. Especially musically
inclined children.
