Only if you are a bad cook. Wild geese are lean, very lean, so you have to
moist cook. Domestic geese are fat factories. Breast out snow geese and
drag in a little flour and fry, for a near steak experience. I do not hunt
anymore, just to much hassle and too far to go. but the geese we shot
tasted good.
