In my defense, I did buy the motor, control unit, and instruments offa
e-bay separately and none came with any instructions or wiring diagram
so I sorta had to figure it out and I guess I still am doing so.

(1) The 703 has a provision for a choke.

(2) Not all Yamahas have a "choke."

Some Yamahas have an enrichment circuit.
