Oh yeah, another thing. The wife's older Kodak dc240 zoom is simple
to load.

I can't figure it out.

Try letting the new hardware wizard in windows install the driver for
you. Before you do that though, check your hardware settings to make
sure there isn't a corrupt usb driver. If you find one, delete it.
