Default Where to find Metric Ruler?

Can't leave it alone any longer ....
1) Metric rulers are standard almost anywhere in the civilised world except
USA
2) It's metric, not French
3) Metric is so much easier than ft, inches, and various fractions of inches
that having the right markings on only one side of the rule isn't much of a
problem.

( now I'll duck for cover ... )

So, my question is, where to I find a tape measure that is marked in
metric units?

Canada

If the tape or ruler is marked in both British and French (metric) units
you get one edge of each which makes it a bit cumbersone to turn the tape
or ruler over and read backwards along the chosen scale if you are
left-handed, or are building a boat for a left-handed person.
