Was 40,000, now 53,000.

How's that free market economy working out for you, America?

It is working great.

Getting people to pay their debts is not. Thank congress for cheap easy
money to those that couldn't afford to make 3% interest payments.

The house of Liberal Debt has collapsed and going to take a lot of marginal
businesses with it. No big, the market corrects in the end.

NorTel and Sun last week. IBM? HP? Or did HP already announce?

I wonder who next? Amex? FedEx? Chrysler? Cisco? GE?

What is not in the news is many smaller companies have been losing employees
without the news for over a year. I know of a mid-west company who has
whacked some 4,000 of the 14,000 jobs in the last year or two, I don't see
bailout packages going there.

America is.was the greatest country on earth, but it is a shame it is now
being socialised. Better get used to it. Even when the old USSR was in
place it's people didn't live that well. Big government comes at a big
price to wealth and freedom.

If America does not get the socialists out of the kitchen this is going to
be a even bigger flush.
