Not true. I am the consumer from hell, and also the guy who will not
talk to customer support people in India.

Racist? There are no racial classifications in India. My problems with
support "offshored" to India has to do with the fact that those jobs
should be held by Americans, that the majority of tech support
personnel I have encountered on the phone in India have not received
enough training to be helpful, that the phone connections typically
are "over the internet and lousy" and that many of the personnel have
a lousy command of English.

It has nothing to do with race.



How do you like being tagged with a label?

If you don't like Indian customer service, what is the alternative.
Mebbee they can move all the customer service to China, where the
products are made.



The alternative is to insist you be connected to American customer
service. That works most of the time. Really. You know, I think half the
problems are related to the VOIP phone connections.
