My brother bought the book "Building the weekend skiff" and wants to build
the outboard version. He tells me he plans are not printed well and he can
not tell if the angle for the frame is 14 degrees or 19 degrees.

He says he can build a cmock-up and find out for himself, I told him I would
post here to find out if anyone already knew.
