So, what does a windows cut and paste expert have to do with running
Linux servers, and commercial gateways?... Terri is one of the most
sought after and respected tech support personel in her field.
Granted, when it comes to talking a good game and having no real
answers or hiding under a desk trolling newsgroups, you and Harry have
us hands down...

If Terri was anywhere near that good, I'd have heard about her, and
she'd probably be working for me - making some real money. You'd have
complete health coverage as well. Her recent public struggles with
simple video conversion speak much louder than your ignorant
yammering. If that stumped her, then she's maybe got a few entry level
