I have to agree on that. The parent should be charged with negligence and
that club shut down.

"muzzle rise" plus the physical abilities of a small child that doesn't
understand what's going to happen when he let's go at 600 rounds per minute.
Grown men that know what they're doing fire short bursts from SMGs because
of muzzle rise.
