Not really Cliff.
An exception is specifically made for clerical errors in any State that I'm
aware of.
A poll worker might have pressed him to correct the error. Thay can't do it
themselves.

The only thing the latest ACORN bruhaha indicates is that the people they
hire rip them off.
It isn't voter fraud until somebody votes.
