I detect a bit of annoyance in what I snipped. I included the obviously
ironic with what I see as appropriate considerations of your future
plans.

You have successfully gotten past the monster of the East Coast,
Hataras (which I can't spell right without a chart except by accident).

You're pretty much "home free" (nevermind that you live on your home).
I am assured that you won't fall prey to parochial forecasts, will
venture out only when the forecast benefits outweigh the forecast
possible drawbacks.
