It is quick, fool proof, INEXPENSIVE, but not cheap.

I strongly advise using bow and stern tie-downs, though (belt and

I have a handirack set and they work just fine... it's not just advise though,
you MUST use bow and stern tiedowns...

Also, if it's raining, expect to get wet inside the car...
