Obama can't produce them because he doesn't have them.

I'm quite sure I don't have all of thiose documents for myself, and you
don't have them for yourself, either.

And, if you'll notice, the Judge didn't sign that document. In other
words, Judge Surrick hasn't ordered Obama to produce anything.
