Default gatoraide

That's my approach to it as well. Alternating between gatoraid and water.
Anyone know what the pro football teams do?

OK, I tried the gatoraide suggestion today when working on my boat.
Drinking the stuff did seem to help although it isnt really clear. It
was only about 85 degrees compared to 92 last week and I was in the
shade inside the boat by the engine instead of outside in the sun.
However, in both cases there was a breeze outside making it cooler so
maybe it is roughly the same. I drank a lot less gatoraide than I did
water last week and felt better. The stuff isnt too bad although a
half gallon in 48 hours may be a little extreme.

When I am really using a lot of fluids I switch off between gatorade
and water. I can easily sweat completely through my clothes when I am
working outside in SW Fla in the summer, looking like I fell in the
pool. I will typically go through 3 or 4 20oz gatorades and 3 or 4
liters of water
