Looking at his present course and position, he would seem to trying to
pass just west of buoy "QR", some 12 mi. or so ESE of Cape Hatteras,
he's about 12 mi. NNE of that. The NOAA weather buoy at Diamond Shoals
shows wind at 6kts from the north, so I suspect he's getting some
assistance from the iron jenny.
