Don't forget... Putin is all powerful...
"We, we do, it's very important when you consider even national security
issues with Russia as Putin rears his head and comes into the airspace of
the United States of America, where, where do they go? It's Alaska. It's
just right over the border. It is from Alaska that we send those out to
make sure that an eye is being kept on this very powerful nation, Russia,
because they are right there. They are right next to, to our state."

Are you quoting Sarah Palin there, Jon?
She has no foriegn policy experience. Foriegn policy is left to the
executive branch of the federal gov't not to the states nor their governors.
"He shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to
make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he
shall nominate, and by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall
appoint ambassadors,"
So it seems only prior presidents and senators would have "real" foriegn
policy experience.
