Default Yanmare 2qm20 raw water pump removal

Can anyone give me some advice on removing my raw water pump? I've
unscrewed the top 2 but the bottom seems to be really tricky, I've
tried 10mm, 11mm, 5/16 wrenches to take it off but it keeps slipping
off(it's a little rusted) and everything else doesn't seem close to
fitting it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In a pinch (after PB Blaster, etc), I'll give the head a couple of
smacks with a hammer and try the best-fitting 6-point socket.

I have a manual impact driver and found that the hammer blows seemed to
do as much good on motorcycle fasteners as anything else. The driver
simply combined that with a slight twist. [Sears may still sell the
things, BTW. They're handy for certain tasks like this.]

If that fails, I'll carefully use vice-grips on it and/or carefully
grind the head to the next smaller size. You'll have to replace the
bolt(s), of course. Sounds like the edges are already worn down.
