One is aware that the US was in the deep **** in 1931 ...and Reagan
ended the Coldwar, the Soviet Union and Communism across most of the
planet, by outspending the Soviets. Seems that since the Cold War
started in 1945 and cost uncounted bazzillions of dollars until
Reagan..his expendetures were money pretty well spent. No?

Having to rebuild the military, destroyed by Carter, was another
largish cost as well, Just like Bush inheriting an underequipped,
understaffed and tiny military better suited for Meals On Wheels, from
Clinton...and having to rebuild it once again.
You remember..the military the Leftards were screaming about the
troops having no body armor, etc etc...thank you Bill Clinton. The
Clinton military where the best trained, most motivated bailed out by
the busload for the civilian sector, in disgust.
