It appears to do what it's advertised to do. I'd like to see one in person.


Did you see the video of driving a CC - looks like a 20' - up on the
dock? That groove filling with water is pretty slick, but I still
wonder what happens to the gelcoat/bottom paint.
Another thing I was thinking is how boats are stolen by cutting them
loose and towing them away.
With this the thieves can cut the dock loose and tow dock and boat
away all at once!

That's true, and I'd share your concerns about the finish of the bottom. It
doesn't look like the groove fills with water until the boat has pushed the
floats down far enough. Until then, it's dry.
