How many children is an acceptable number for you? Maybe we should
insist that no one can have more than X (we'll allow you to fill in
the number) and than anymore than X we can abort.

I guess the couple that lives next door to me should have asked Harry if
it was okay to have 8 kids.

They should have and it is not OK. Tell them to pick out their favorite
