the Feds had no responsibility. They are prohibited from sending in the
troops until the state asks. They did not. Nagin did not ask, the Gov

they reelected him sad.


I saw Nagin being interviewed today as they prepare for Gustav. He
basically blamed the residents for the Katrina disaster.
Wonder if he'll be re-elected again. Or does anybody down there care?
