When I was a kid we used to eat liver at least once a month. Beef
liver
sucked, but chicken liver was tasty.

There is a restaurant in Springfield that has liver on the menu. Great
stuff, smothered in onions with some bacon therein.

Why ruin bacon and onions?

Heart and headcheese have two things going for it. Both taste OK and
