Which is great if that is the only measure of good healthcare.
My oldest is an oncologist and without getting into detailed
specifics, because of her speciality, sees Canadians on a regular
basis.
I should say those who can afford to pay for quality care in that
particular speciality because the treatment protocols are light years
behind the US - those who can afford it, tend to live much longer than
those treated in Canada.
Not saying that is the rule - just an anecdote.
