This is what we used when we had our dock built 4 years ago:

It still looks great after 4 years in the Florida sun. *It does
require closer spacing on the stringers however. *I was ready to go
with wood decking until I saw the WeatherBest at a neighbors.
Ours is installed with stainless steel, square drive screws. *They
have a small head which recesses into the deck when driven and become
almost invisible
What kind of research did you do when you picked this brand? *Did you
check CR?
I checked with our dock builder to see what they thought. *They are
well known around here and would not have installed it if they were
aware of any negatives. *They picked up on the requirement for closer
stringer placement but other than that were OK with it. *Fortunately
the dock had not yet been framed.

Come to think of it, that maybe what my neighbor installed.
