Nothing like a couple of eggs over medium and then sprinkled generously with
Tabasco sauce. Sorta wakes you up.

BTW .... I also like Brussels Sprouts cooked until they just get tender,
then semi saturated with vinegar. Vinegar is like wine; all sorts of
varieties.

Brussel sprouts are about the only veggie I have never liked. I think a
lot of it has to do with their aroma. I use a bit of Tabasco sauce when
I fry light flavored fish.

Ever visit Avery Island in Louisiana. where Tabasco is made? It's a
couple hours west of New Orleans, and gives you another excuse to drive
around in Louisiana, as if anyone needed one.
