Looks like they are diverting to P-town based on the latest SPOT
track. That would be a good plan, get a little rest and put things
back together before heading further north.

No, they are heading direct for Portland and my 4500 granite block
mooring. I've had some email contact with them and they seem good.
They're making some mistakes but generally doing pretty well. I suspect
Lyn and Larry Pardy didn't do a lot better on their first offshore
passage.

No email in a while. I advised them to tack earlier today. They then
appear to have gotten a great lift but tacked anyway and are now headed
for France. I'm not sure what is going on at this point. They may be
following some whale sighting reports as that was one of the reasons for
this route.

Portland is an easy entrance and it is a long way around into P-town. I
think they are good to continue.

How is the weather in France? The way its been in Portland, I'm thinking of
following Skip..
Wait.. .. well, not follow, but go in the same direction .. France.

Could we [ Portland ] get anymore rain? There is only one way to describe
the weather in
Maine,, it SUCKS! Big time SUCKS.

Just a few days of N O R M A L.. a little sun, some fair weather clouds, a
little breeze,
I haven't seen that the whole summer.

As for Skip .... the guy should post less, sail more, and go to places
where the weather is
good.

Antigua, Bahama's, .. anyplace but :9*&^%$#3: Maine.

Ahhh,, I feel better now..

In S Portland, looking at rain, and seals and stuff floating by..
