Default VHF 22B and 83B channels?

The appropriate technique for finding weather broadcast channels may
depend on where you are. Here in the Pacific Northwet (BC coast), I
just dial through all the weather channels til I find a usable signal
- that channel will almost certainly cover the area I am interested
in.

I could be highly scientific, and consult "Radio Aids to Marine
Navigation", and the channel list for my radio, to find the most
appropriate channel, but probably wouldn't get any better results.
