Actually HK absolutely did log on under a different name, and actually
had a conversation with himself concerning his Lobster Boat. They
chatted for a few days, back and forth about where he saw the lobster
boat on the bay, where they boated and where they bought their gas. The
"person" disappeared when someone pointed out that both Harry and new
person both had the SAME IP.

So I would say that Harry absolutely doesn't know how to fudge his IP.

Ahhhh, you don't seem to remember the picture of his new computer with
the ip fudge gui on the screen?
