Your assumption that I don't give a damn whether the Seven Dwarfs live
or die is correct. I encounter a lot of people in my real life, and
fortunately do not have to deal with many like the droolers who comprise
the Seven Dwarfs.

Honestly, I have *no* interest in the children or grandchildren of
people I don't know or like, or their horse photos, or their golf games,
or their travel trailers, et cetera. If someone's wife or kid is sick,
I'll certainly express sympathy and hope, and if someone's wife or kid
accomplishes something significant, then that certainly is grounds for
pride and a bit of bragging.

But when an adult child drops out yet another grandchild, well, sorry...
it's just not interesting to me.

If any of the Seven could or would discuss boats intelligently, and
occasionally add something of value to the knowledge base, my attitude
towards them might be different. When's the last time you've seen
anything of consequence related to boating from any of the Seven? Got
any great boating knowledge from Reggie, or whatever his handle is these
days? How about from Loogy? Herring? Florida Jim? Justwait? Et cetera?
