it could just be campaign fatigue, but it is something to keep an eye on.
I am a believer that, just like a company, the president need not be an
Einstein. *He/she simply has has to *know* that they aren't an Einstein and
surround themselves with a good, talented and smart staff that believe in
the overall principles/ideals that the he/she (the President) subscribes to.

He sure as hell looked and sounded like a President during the speech he
just gave in Berlin, even when he said, "My father grew up herding goats
in Kenya."
Obama is no Einstein, and I agree that level of IQ is not necessary, but
* you don't want a blooming idiot whose mind shows the impact of booze
and drugs in the White House, and that's what we have now.
