Rush is right? - Yes, FAR right!
Experience? What experience does McCain have making the decisions he would
have to make as president?
For example, what experience does he have in setting or modifying national
economic policies, policies and actions dealing with a housing crisis,
bank failures, historic balance of trade deficits, budget deficits,
regional employment crises, etc.? What experience does he have setting
and negotiating trade policies, economic policies, and legal and illegal
immigration. Negotiations with both friendly and unfriendly nations? What
experience does he have in curing medical cost and insurance issues? What
experience does he have negotiating with Soviet bloc and asian countries
re security issues, etc.? Would he be able to understand a complex crisis
and make a rational, logical decision at 3:00 in the morning? - Could he
stay awake during meetings throughout the following day? With respect to
his favorite issue, national defense, what experience does he have making
decisions on deployment, troop movements, troop support, etc. during
wartime? When the country is so far in debt to China, Europe, and various
Islamic nations that we don't have the budget to support his plans? And
what experience does he have determining what we should do in response to
hostile actions by in the Mideast or elsewhere when the country doesn't
have enough troops to take on another conflict? - Would the Congress
approve a request from McCain that we re-implement the draft? (He can
talk tough, but talk is cheap.)
Regarding Rush L, has Rush participated in any open or public debates
recently concerning the issues he so loves to talk about? - In other
words, why does he want to talk-talk-talk, but only if he can keep his
"kill button" handy so that he can move on to another caller when he
decides it's appropriate?
Jim
McCain has been in DC for 20+ years, and he's accomplished a lousy economy
that he "just doesn't get" and a war of choice with no end in site. I take
that back, he's willing to have the troops there 50 or even 100 years.
