T storm that rolled through Scituate yesterday afternoon.
Storms this year seem more severe and numerous compared to past years.

Love weather like that.

Did you see this?

Did you record that?

Sure did - I was testing the new camera and the image stabilization
during the last round of T-storms that came through here. As you can
see, I had some trouble with the image stabilization - got it figured
out now.

Pretty cool huh?

I don't like lightening. Mrs.E. thinks it's cool, but having worked around
high voltage for many years and being seriously zapped a couple of times, I
head for the innermost part of the house when it's around.

Doesn't bother me as long as I'm under cover. Like you, I've been
zapped a few times myself including one time when I was on one of my
towers and had a close hit.

One of these days, I'm going to finish up my remote sensor hook up to
my still cameras, head up the hill and take some images while I'm safe
in the truck. :)

A guy got zapped by lightening last week in Scituate. He was kayaking or
something. He survived, but received some bad burns in his head and hands.

Read about that - now that's a little much for me. I see lightning on
the water, I'm heading for the closest land ASAP.
