Default Diesel prices in the NW these days ??

If you have to ask then you probably can't afford it. Thanks to high fuel
prices the waterways have low traffic and for those who can afford it, it is
a return to days of yore. I'm looking forward to a Democratic sweep this
fall and with that will come higher taxes on luxuries such as boats and
discretionary fuel consumption. Such measures will further clear the seas
and thus make it more enjoyable. The very idea of social security checks
going to pay for yachts is abhorent. Social security is a safety net, not a
retirement system and the sooner means testing is done, the better. Just
think of the great societal changes and benefits from high fuel and food
prices. Less pollution, more exercise, mass gluttony will end. The higher
prices go the sooner these benefits will come. In the long term it will be a
great benefit to society as medical and infrastructure costs will drop.
People will lead healthier lives and consume less.

Can anyone post the marine diesel prices in BC and SE Alaska these
days? I'm wondering if I can afford the Inside Passage anymore.
