Even funnier, his claim he's going to Seattle to play golf. He may play
golf out there, but that's not why he is going.


Ya know, this evaporatin tie thing might work if you wrap it round yer
head. You prob need to cool your head mor'n anything in the heat. As
I have gotten older, I can no longer regulate my body temp and I sweat
about a gallon over a couple hours so this could really help. I might
give it a try. I saw em at the local Ace hardware but didnt buy one.- Hide

Yeah, I know what you mean.. I went riding with the kids over the
weekend and did not hydrate enough. I had cramps tie up my legs and
back all night. I may try one of these too...

Eat bananas, great for preventing cramps. Of course keeping hydrated is
very important also.
