Thunderbird?? Do you still have it? Which model? I still have my
Commanche that I factory ordered in 1971 lol!
I've lost track of the number of other various boats, large and small,
that I've bought and sold since then but I've hung on to my
Thunderbird through thick and thin, even for the years in storage with
no motor on it. It's in current use these days and I won't be giving
it up anytime soon even if I buy other boats. It's the most versatile
of the boats I've ever owned. I know of one more here exactly like it
and I still see quite a few other models of the same vintage in use.
I'm thinkin' mine is going to outlast most of the new boats currently
in show rooms. If nothing else, those old T'birds were built to last
:-)

Rick ----will prolly be buried in mine ;-)

Tri hull? Or is it the "Flipper" TV show boat?

The guy down the street has a Thunderbird - tri-hulled with an ancient
Evinrude two stroke - 100 horse I think - I'll go look tomorrow.

It still looks fairly decent to boot.

Interesting.
