I have now been banned from the other group after one post, asking why
a thread trashing us had been allowed to go on for days while the
thread origionator was also over here calling us names. Remember, this
is the same monitor that asked me not to mention "other groups" (not
even by name) here in our forum.. I have to admit, I am pretty ****ed
off and especially dissappointed in all those folks I thought were
friends who seem to have thrown me under the bus as it were. I have to
question the character of folks who have stood back and not said
anything when they can not be missing the hyprocracy, kind of like
another pet peeve of mine
When you are an adult and a guest in someone else's house and there are
rules posted, it pays to pay attention to them.
In my house or on my boats, no smoking is allowed, excessive drinking is
not allowed, use of illegal drugs is not allowed, and in general, really
obnoxious behavior is not allowed. If you cannot live by the simple
rules of the household, you should either not visit or you should expect
to be escorted to the door or the dock.
The proprietor of "the other group" has simple rules posted, and he has
repeated them in several forums. You apparently did not believe they
applied to you.
Unfortunately, "rec.boats" has no rules.
It is unfortunate to a certain degree. You would have been banned a
long time ago.
If it's any consolation, JimH is sending me personal messages (in Chuck's
Place) telling me what a bad boy I am.
Post them here. The three amigos/douche bags an not immune to
responsibility for their lame actions.
Not worth it. Besides, he'll probably come chasing over here like his hero.
