That's a beaut! Chrysler is making some damned nice vehicles lately,
the chassis will be fine!
Maybe lately as in the past two years they've improved, but I owned one
and leased one (turned back in Jul 07) and I vowed when I left that lot
I would never again own a Chrysler product. Plain and simply they do
last hold up well.
Hmm, last Jeep Cherokee, 375,000 miles, other than maintenence items,
I put a water pump on it, and I broke a radiator.
My neighbor's 1998 Ram pickup, well over 300,000 and he vows he'll get
at least another 100k out of it.
My fishing partner's Dakota club cab, over 200,000 miles on it, and
he's horrible with a vehicle, had a Chevy that was crap after 100k.
The list goes on. As with anything you need to maintain them.
My wife's Pontiac Montana van, now THERE is a piece of crap!
What s this as they used to build. They used to build real crap and then
not stand behind it. Or in front of the under designed brake systems. My
1968 Dodge Charger 383 drum brakes. 10" Same size as a 1963 Chevy II. 4
starters in a 120k miles and when ever it got hot enough to need the A/C,
the POS overheated. But was a really pretty POS!
