The T/V Kings Pointer is a training ship operated by the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at King's Point, NY. Built in 1983 for the Navy as an Ocean Surveillance Ship, she was transferred to the Merchant
Marine Academy after 1992. She is 224 feet long, 43 feet wide and has a draft of 15 feet.
