Beats me. I think I'd like to try them, but I've never had chitlins.
Although, I have had intestine cased sausages from the local German pork
store.
I've been in a house while they were cooking, and they definitely stink up
the place. I tried them, but couldn't hack it. I just wasn't man enough, I
guess.
I think they're something you have to be around from birth. Then they're
OK.
