Red Cloud was taking on water and the report says her cabin integrity
was also compromised. She couldn't be recovered because she did in
fact sink. Joe did what was right and protected the lives on board.
Most importantly you weren't there and Joe was. Joe took a chance and
was man enough to make an effort. All you do is bitch about from
behind your keyboard and pretend to be a man of the sea. You're not.

succeeding. Failure is trying PLUS failing. The captain of "RED CLOUD" tried
and failed. He is, by real-world definition, a failure!
