We have more of a bug problem than anything else. Imagine when trimming
a tree, you all of the sudden get covered in swarming American
Cockroaches that fly to boot.
I use Cypermethrin inside and outside my property to keep these guys
under control. I have seen brand new homes in heavily wooded areas
infested with bugs and rats in just 2 short weeks.
We clear huge parcels of land to build a house, thus we kill off these
bugs natural predators like frogs, bats, birds, lizards, etc., then we
whine that the bugs are taking over.
We allow importing of huge lizards that kill off these natural
predators. We allow ships to discharge their ballast tanks in our local
shores and wonder how the snakehead fish & jellyfish took over many of
our rivers and bays...let's face it, humans are stupid. And as long as
we keep sticking our greedy noses where it don't belong, these creatures
will take full advantage of our short sighted thinking.

Almost fainted. Had to sit down with my head below my knees. I think
they have some kind of venom. That's what I think.

Can't recall where I read/saw it, but somewhere there was a guy having a
sit-down, when a boa slithered out of the plumbing. Honestly, I'm not
all that "girlie" when it comes to critters, but if that happened to me,
I don't think I'd ever get regular again.
