The first time I ran through them I spent hours getting them off the
car when I got home.
The second time the car just as bad a mess when I left Florida,
but it was raining in Indiana. The car was clean when I got home.
The third time I got home with a messy car, and a few days later
when it rained I took a spin on the highway.
Cleaned 'em right off.
Think you need good rain and about 60 MPH for at least 5 minutes
though.

You don't want to leave those things on the paint for very long. They pack
some nasty acid that eats right through the clear coat and paint. Been
there done that. Learned the hard way when I first moved to Florida.
