Actually, I was being a little facetious. I was referring more to the
millions of illegals coming across that border.

True, the Mexican's don't care. Mexicans are very patriotic so they
consider it a bad thing when someone leaves Mexico for the US. I think
their attitude is that if those guys want to abandon their home
country of Mexico then let them ago. The gov't of Mexico certainly
isn't going to stop them.
